Nuwara Eliya &#8211; Haputale"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Erst geht es st\u00e4ndig bergauf und bergab durch Teeplantagen. Es folgen Wiesen mit K\u00fchen, wie in England, bevor es pl\u00f6tzlich wie in Neuseeland aussieht. Baumfarne begrenzen die Stra\u00dfe.<br \/>\nEinheftiger Anstieg l\u00e4sst uns noch mal richtig ins Schwitzen kommen, bevor wir die Horten Plais auf \u00fcber 2000m erreichen. Wir bezahlen den Parkeintritt und sind von der folgenden Graslandschaft \u00fcberw\u00e4ltigt. Bin froh, dass ich Sabine \u00fcberzeugen konnte nicht mit dem Zug nach Haputale zu fahren, auch wenn es einer der sch\u00f6nsten Zugstrecken des Landes sein soll. Dieses geniale Hochplatoo h\u00e4tte die Fahrt aber sicherlich nicht \u00fcbertroffen. Vom Visitorcenter aus machen wir eine Wanderung zum Little World`s End , Greate World`s End und zu den Backersfalls. Die Sonne brutzelt ordentlich bei klarer Luft. Am Little World`s End fliegen Schwalben ganz dicht an uns vorbei. Immer und immer wieder, doch ich schaffe es nicht sie ab zu lichten. Mache zwar viele Photos, doch bei der Betrachtung ist nie eine Schwalbe zu sehen. Nach der 8km Wanderung fahren wir vom Hochplatou auf einer steilen aber herrlichen Abfahrt mit tollen Aussichtspunkten weiter nach Haputale. Die Strecke zieht sich und die Kr\u00e4fte in uns scheinen immer mehr zu schwinden. Kurz vor Haputale geht es dann nochmal steil bergauf. Zwar auf einer neuen Stra\u00dfe doch die Kr\u00e4fte sind verbraucht. Erreichen mit letzter Kraft die ersten H\u00e4user Haputales, wo wir auch gleich, dass erstbeste Hotel nehmen. Sind zu kaputt noch l\u00e4nger etwas anderes zu suchen. Das Hotel ist aber sch\u00f6n gelegen mit einem herrlichen Ausblick auf die vor unsliegende Tiefebene.<br \/>\n<a
